The Department of Pedagogy of the International Nordic University was established on August 29, 2022. This department was opened under the Faculty of Economics and Pedagogy and carries out educational, educational-methodological, scientific-research, mentoring-apprenticeship, as well as training, retraining, advanced training of scientific-pedagogical personnel, as well as spiritual-enlightenment and educational work.
Currently, 12 professors-teachers and 1 teaching assistant work at the department under the leadership of Dilafruz Miraliyeva.

D.T. Miralieva regularly improves her skills in the fields of pedagogy and information technologies based on the requirements of the time. She regularly participates in international and republican journals with her scientific articles that have a high rating and impact factor. She regularly participates in international and republican scientific and practical conferences with scientific articles and theses on topical issues, problems and solutions of modern technologies of pedagogy and organization of educational processes.D.T. D.T. Miralieva has been constantly working on herself throughout her scientific and pedagogical activities. She was an intern at the Center for Research on Network Markets and Labor Productivity in Production under the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in May-August 2021, and in August 2024 at the Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland.D.T. Miralieva is a member of the editorial board of the foreign “Journal of Pedagogical Inventions and Practices”, the journal “Nordic Life” of the International Nordic University in the 2022-2023, 2023-2024 academic years.

Mansurova Nilufar Mukhtimovna is a senior lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy of the Nordic International University. She has 22 years of pedagogical experience. Participant of several projects and grants in the field of primary education and sports education. Author of 6 articles and theses of the Republican and international level. Islamova Fatima studied at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Oila" in 2007-2009. Since 2009, she has been working as a teacher at the Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Art. In 2010-2014, he completed his bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Uzbek Philology of UzMU.In 2015-2017, he graduated from Fergana State University, majoring in Linguistics (Uzbek language). He has 6 years of work experience in higher education. During his career, he worked as a teacher at Tashkent State Law University, National Universities of Uzbekistan. Currently Language Theory.
