Industrial Management and Digital Technologies

The priority goals of the department are aimed at training competitive and highly specialized personnel in the revolutionary process of the fourth industry, teaching practical courses in computer science to educate talented personnel necessary for a hyper-linked society.


The department conducts 3 co-educational programs at the undergraduate stage:

1. TU BA (Hons) International Business;

2. This is BSc (Hons) industrial management;

3. Computer engineering (multimedia technologies).


International co-educational programs “2+2” and “3+1” operate in these areas. A joint diploma (with two degrees) is awarded by the Northern International University and the University of Karelia in Finland.

He trained at the Moscow School of economics at Moscow State University, Ural State University of Economics, and completed an internship at the St. Petersburg State Transport University named after Alexander I. Graduated from the Tashkent branch of the Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov. Worked as a leading specialist in the Investments and Construction Department of the Tashkent City Statistics Department. In 2024, he successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of economic sciences on the topic "Improving the processes of organizing statistical observations based on digital technologies". He has published about 15 international and national scientific articles and dissertations. Engaged in scientific research on the effective use of digital economy technologies and modern information systems in industries and spheres of the economy.

Since 2024, he has been working as an associate professor in the Department of Industrial Management and Digital Technologies at the International Northern University. He can work with such programming languages ​​and programs as Python, HTML, CSS, Power BI, Tableau, NumPY, Pandas, PostgreSQL. He graduated from the Faculty of Computer Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia, which ranks 101st in the international QS ranking. He is the author of more than 30 scientific articles and scientific-methodical works, including 2 textbooks, 4 manuals and 1 monograph. Students widely use such textbooks and manuals as "Operating Systems", "IResearch Methods and Skills", "Computer Architecture", "Business Analytics" and "Blockchain Technologies".

Zoirov O‘lmas Erkin o‘g‘li

From 2017 to 2019, Zoirov Olmas Erkin ugli was the recipient of the international grant “ERASMUS Mundus Joint Masters Scholarships” and pursued a master’s degree in “Mechatronics Engineering” at Politecnico di Torino, one of the most prestigious universities in Italy.In 2018, he enhanced his professional skills at Mangano Robotics, a leading Italian industrial company, focusing on automating production processes using PLC programming. In February 2021, he participated in the “Top 20 Startup Projects of 2020” competition organized by the Youth Academy under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the “Braille Display” project for visually impaired individuals, winning the competition and receiving a cash prize. Additionally, he has actively contributed to over 30 innovative developments.He also served as the Head of the Department for Supporting the Development and Prototyping of Innovations at the National Office for Innovation Implementation and Technology Transfer under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.Throughout his career, he has organized educational laboratories in robotics and digital technologies, integrating information systems and mobile applications into the educational process.To date, Zoirov Olmas has published 5 Q1 and 2 Q3 articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases.

He is the author of over 30 scientific and methodological works, including 4 textbooks and 6 educational-methodological manuals. His textbooks, such as “Audiovisual Perception Model,” “Creating Computer Games,” “3D Technologies,” and “Development of Computer Games,” are widely used by students. He has supervised students’ graduation projects and participated in exhibitions with mentor-student system projects. Currently, in his free time from teaching, he is working on obtaining a PhD in technical sciences and enhancing his expertise in the field of Gamedev.
