The primary goal of the Department of Economics and Business Management is to provide knowledge that helps all participants in the educational process find their paths both now and in the future. The department aims to cultivate highly intellectual young individuals with critical and creative thinking skills, who prioritize human values. The Department of Economics and Business Management was established based on Decision No. 1 of the University’s Scientific Council on August 31, 2022.This department offers educational programs that meet modern requirements and are focused on practical skills development.

Sabirov Xasan Nusratovich

Sabirov Khasan Nusratovich was born on August 27, 1990, in Bukhara, Bukhara region. Nationality: Uzbek. Education: higher. Marital status: married. In 2009, he enrolled in the Faculty of "Economics" at the Bukhara Engineering and Technical Institute, graduating in 2013. In 2013, he completed his master’s degree in "Econometrics" at Tashkent State University of Economics.


Sabirov Khasan began his professional career in 2015–2017 as a senior lecturer in the Department of "Social Sciences" at the Tashkent Pedagogical College. From 2017 to 2019, he worked as an assistant at the Department of "Econometrics" at Tashkent State University of Economics. In 2019, he started his academic journey in the basic doctoral program at Tashkent State University of Economics in the field of "Econometrics and Statistics," successfully completing it in November 2021.In 2021–2022, he worked as Acting Associate Professor in the Department of "Digital Technologies" at Kokand University. Since 2022, he has been serving as the Head of the Department of "Economics and Business Management" at the International Nordic University. To date, as part of his academic work, he has published 41 scientific works, including 5 textbooks, 1 monograph, 1 certificate, 1 patent, 20 articles in international and national scientific journals, and 14 theses presented at international and national conferences.

Mardanova Ra’no Isakovna

Mardonova Rano Isakovna was born on December 15, 1978, in Bukhara, Bukhara region. Nationality: Uzbek. Education: higher. In 1996, she enrolled in the Faculty of "International Economic Relations" at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, graduating in 2000. In 2003, she completed her master’s degree in "International Economic Relations" at Trier University (Germany). From 2004 to 2009, she obtained a doctoral degree in the field of "International Economic Relations in Microeconomics" at Trier University. Mardonova Rano began her professional career in 2003–2004 as a lead researcher in the Department of Analysis and Formation of the Competitive Environment at the Regional Office for Combating Monopolies and Promoting Competition in the Bukhara region. From 2004 to 2011, she worked as a research fellow at Trier University (Germany). From 2010 to 2012, she held the position of lead specialist in the International Relations Department at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration. From 2012 to 2016, she worked as a lead specialist at the Distance Learning Center of the Presidential Foundation of Uzbekistan "Iste’dod." From 2018 to 2022, she served as a senior lecturer in the Department of "Economics" at Tashkent Financial Institute. In 2023–2024, she worked as an associate professor in the Department of "International Economics" at the Tashkent International University of Chemistry. Since 2022, she has been working as a specialist at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations. Starting in 2024, she has been serving as Acting Associate Professor in the Department of "Economics and Business Management" at the International Nordic University.

Boltayev Aziz Kuziyevich

Aziz Kuzievich Boltayev was born on November 20, 1986, in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. He is of Uzbek nationality, holds a higher education degree, and is married. In 2002, he enrolled in the Physics and Mathematics Faculty at Bukhara State University, graduating in 2006. He further pursued a master's degree in Computational Mathematics at the same university, completing it in 2009. From 2006 to 2010, Boltayev worked as a mathematics and computer science teacher at Academic Lyceum No. 4 under Bukhara State University. In 2010, he commenced doctoral studies at the Institute of Mathematics, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, specializing in Computational Mathematics, and earned his PhD in 2012. In 2013-2015, he worked as the head of the information technology department of the Bukhara branch of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melloration. Between 2018 and 2019, he served as the head of "JASUR - JAMSHID KELAJAK" LLC.

From 2019 to 2024, he worked as a senior researcher in the Laboratory of Computational Mathematics at the V.I. Romanovsky Mathematical Institute, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 2024, he has been an associate professor in the Department of Economics and Business Management at Nordic International University. Throughout his academic career, Boltaev has published 74 scientific works, including one textbook, five patents, 31 articles in international and domestic journals, and 37 conference abstracts. Additionally, he has supervised four master’s students and two doctoral candidates.

Suleymanova Shoira Alavxanovna

Suleymanova Shoira Alavkhanovna was born on June 20, 1985, in Tashkent. She is Uzbek by nationality. Her education is higher. She is married. In 2002, she enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at the National University of Uzbekistan and graduated in 2006. In 2018, she completed her master’s degree in the field of “State and Municipal Management” at the same university. From 2009 to 2020, she worked as an engineer at “Sardor” LLC. From September to December 2020, she held the position of assistant at the Department of “Industrial Economics and Management” at Tashkent State Technical University. From 2021 to 2023, she successfully completed her doctoral studies in the field of “Industrial Economics” at Tashkent State Technical University. Since 2024, she has been working as Acting Associate Professor in the Department of “Economics and Business Management” at the International Nordic University in a primary position. Additionally, since 2024, she has been working part-time as a senior lecturer in the Department of “Industrial Economics and Management” at Tashkent State Technical University. To date, she has published a total of 22 scientific works, including 16 articles in foreign and local scientific journals and 6 theses at international and local conferences.

Nigmanov Azizbek Ulugbekovich

Azizbek Nigmanov was born on September 9, 1987, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He is of Uzbek nationality, holds higher education, and is married. In 2006, he entered the Faculty of International Relations and Economics at Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, graduating in 2010. That same year, he completed a Master's degree at the same institute in the field of "Area Studies of Countries (Economics and Area Studies of the Asia-Pacific Region)." Azizbek Nigmanov began his career in 2012–2013 as a teaching assistant at the Department of Economics and Area Studies of the Far East and Southeast Asia at Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies. From 2013 to 2014, he worked as a teacher at the Department of Economics and Area Studies of China and South Asia. From 2014 to 2015, he was an inspector at the Department of Internal Control and Monitoring at the same institute. In 2016–2017, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Chinese Economics, and from 2017 to 2020, he served as a senior lecturer at the Department of History, Culture, Politics, and Economics of China. From 2020 to 2023, he was a researcher at Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies. Since 2024, he has been working as an associate professor (acting) at the Department of Economics and Business Administration at the International Nordic University. During his scientific career, Azizbek Nigmanov has published 42 scientific works, including 2 educational manuals, 20 articles in domestic and international scientific journals, and 20 theses at international and national conferences.

Malikov Nu’monjon Kamalovich

Malikov Numonjon Kamalovich was born on August 5, 1985 in the Bagat district of the Khorezm region. He is uzbek by nationality. He has higher education diploma. Married and has 2 children. In 2004, N.Malikov was accepted to the faculty of "World Economy and International Economic Relations" of the Tashkent Islamic University and received bachelors diploma in 2008. In 2010, he received a master's degree in "International Trade" from the University of International Economy and Diplomacy. In 2011-2014, he worked as a senior researcher at the University of Economy and Diplomacy, and in 2015-2016, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of "Fundamentals of Economics and Management" of the Tashkent State Law University. In 2016, he attended the doctoral studies courses organized by the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (Slovakia) under the Erasmus Mundus project. In February–June 2017, he was a visiting scholar at the Institute of Political Studies, University of Tartu (Estonia). He also participated in short-term international training courses organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (Gujarat, India) in 2012 and Zhejiang Normal University (China) in 2018. During September 2017 and August 2018, he worked as a chief specialist in the department of "Attracting Investments and International Cooperation" of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Since September 2018, he has been working as a senior lecturer in the Department of International Finance and Investments at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, and since September 2024 as the senior lecturer in the Department of Economics and Business Management at the Nordic International University. During his scientific career, he published a total of 47 (including 1 Collective Monograph, 1 Textbook and 10 scientific articles in foreign and domestic scientific journals) and participated with scientific theses in 37 foreign and domestic conferences.
