The priority goals of the department are aimed at training competitive and highly specialized personnel in the revolutionary process of the fourth industry, teaching practical courses in computer science to educate talented personnel necessary for a hyper-linked society.
The department conducts 3 co-educational programs at the undergraduate stage:1. TU BA (Hons) International Business;2. This is BSc (Hons) industrial management;3. Computer engineering (multimedia technologies).
International co-educational programs “2+2” and “3+1” operate in these areas. A joint diploma (with two degrees) is awarded by the Northern International University and the University of Karelia in Finland.

Abdullayev Munis Kurbonovich
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics, Professor. Served as Head of the Department of “Digital Economy and Information Technologies” at Tashkent State University of Economics. She completed professional development programs at the Moscow School of Economics under Moscow State University, Ural State University of Economics, and an internship at Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the electronic scientific journals “Economics and Innovative Technologies” and “Digital Economy and Information Technologies.” Author of more than 60 scientific and methodological works, including 3 textbooks, 8 study guides, 3 teaching manuals, and 1 monograph. Her textbooks and study materials such as “Digital Economy,” “Digital Business Transformation,” “Business Intelligence,” “Instrumental Tools for Economic Information Processing,” “Computer Architecture,” “Business Intelligence,” and “Databases” are widely used by students. Throughout her career, she has designed several information systems and developed mobile applications that have been effectively implemented in the education system.
Abdusalomova Istoraxon Ilhom qizi
Graduated from the Tashkent branch of the Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov. Worked as a leading specialist in the Investments and Construction Department of the Tashkent City Statistics Department. In 2024, he successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of economic sciences on the topic "Improving the processes of organizing statistical observations based on digital technologies". He has published about 15 international and national scientific articles and dissertations. Engaged in scientific research on the effective use of digital economy technologies and modern information systems in industries and spheres of the economy.
Sabirova Dildor Arifovna
She teaches information technology subjects at the Tashkent State University of Economics and the network center for retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel under it, and has been mentoring many students who are now effectively working in the fields of economics.He is constantly cooperating with the Main Scientific and Methodological Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical and Management Personnel of the Higher Education System under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republican Scientific and Methodological Center for the Development of Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Astrum IT Academy on improving the computer literacy of pedagogical personnel. Author of textbooks, electronic textbooks, manuals and pamphlets on the topic of information technologies, as well as scientific articles.
Abdulaxatov Muzaffarjon Mashrabjon oʻgʻli
He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Tashkent University of Information Technologies and Seoul National University of Science and Technology in the Republic of Korea. Since 2024, he has been working as an associate professor in the Department of Industrial Management and Digital Technologies at the International Northern University. He can work with such programming languages and programs as Python, HTML, CSS, Power BI, Tableau, NumPY, Pandas, PostgreSQL. He graduated from the Faculty of Computer Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia, which ranks 101st in the international QS ranking. He is the author of more than 30 scientific articles and scientific-methodical works, including 2 textbooks, 4 manuals and 1 monograph. Students widely use such textbooks and manuals as "Operating Systems", "IResearch Methods and Skills", "Computer Architecture", "Business Analytics" and "Blockchain Technologies".
Rajabov Sherzod Baxtiyorovich
Since 2024, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Industrial Management and Digital Technologies at the International Northern University. He can work with such programming languages and programs as C++, HTML, CSS, Power BI, Tableau, PostgreSQL, etc. He is the author of more than 30 scientific articles and scientific-methodical works, including 1 textbook, 7 teaching aids and 1 monograph. Students widely use such textbooks and teaching aids as "Operating Systems", "IResearch Methods and Skills", "Computer Architecture", "Business Analytics" and "Electronic Government". 10 articles have also been published in international scientific databases, including Scopus and Web of Science.

Author of a PROGRAM CREATED FOR ELECTRONIC COMPUTERS related to INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES and a PROGRAM CREATED FOR DETECTION OF ANOMALIES IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS.
Sofoyeva Fotima
Graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, receiving a bachelor's and master's degree. Since 2023, he has been working as a teacher at the Department of Industrial Management and Digital Technologies of the International Northern University. In 2024, he completed advanced training at the Karelian University of Applied Sciences in Finland. Author of domestic and international articles and dissertations in the field of information and communication technologies. Ability to work with Web, HTML, CSS, Microsoft Office Access, Word, Power-Point, Excel, Adobe Photoshop programs. Published more than 10 scientific articles and scientific and methodological works. Students widely use the textbook "Introduction to Professionalism"
Zoirov O‘lmas Erkin o‘g‘li
From 2017 to 2019, Zoirov Olmas Erkin ugli was the recipient of the international grant “ERASMUS Mundus Joint Masters Scholarships” and pursued a master’s degree in “Mechatronics Engineering” at Politecnico di Torino, one of the most prestigious universities in Italy.In 2018, he enhanced his professional skills at Mangano Robotics, a leading Italian industrial company, focusing on automating production processes using PLC programming. In February 2021, he participated in the “Top 20 Startup Projects of 2020” competition organized by the Youth Academy under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the “Braille Display” project for visually impaired individuals, winning the competition and receiving a cash prize. Additionally, he has actively contributed to over 30 innovative developments.He also served as the Head of the Department for Supporting the Development and Prototyping of Innovations at the National Office for Innovation Implementation and Technology Transfer under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.Throughout his career, he has organized educational laboratories in robotics and digital technologies, integrating information systems and mobile applications into the educational process.To date, Zoirov Olmas has published 5 Q1 and 2 Q3 articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases.
Ganiyev Akmal Abduhalilovich
He has held various positions at Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Tashkent University of Information Technologies and Tashkent Perfect University. He is the author of over 30 scientific and methodological works, including 4 textbooks and 6 educational-methodological manuals. His textbooks, such as “Audiovisual Perception Model,” “Creating Computer Games,” “3D Technologies,” and “Development of Computer Games,” are widely used by students. He has supervised students’ graduation projects and participated in exhibitions with mentor-student system projects. Currently, in his free time from teaching, he is working on obtaining a PhD in technical sciences and enhancing his expertise in the field of Gamedev.
