She currently serves as Head of the Department of Pedagogy at International Nordic University (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).

Education and Academic Degree

D.T. Miraliyeva graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Romano-Germanic Philology from Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami (1996–2000) and completed a master’s degree in Pedagogy at the same university (2000–2002).

In 2021, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences by Samarkand State University in the specialty 13.00.01 – Theory of Pedagogy. History of Pedagogical Doctrines.

Her doctoral dissertation is entitled “Developing Young People’s Skills to Resist ‘Mass Culture’ on the Basis of Our Ancestors’ Heritage.”

Professional Development and International Experience

D.T. Miraliyeva regularly upgrades her qualifications in pedagogy and information technology in line with contemporary requirements. She completed international internships in Dubai (UAE) in 2023 and at Karelia University of Applied Sciences (Finland) in August 2024.

Editorial Activity

Since 2022, she has served as a member of the editorial boards of the following academic journals:

–    Journal of Pedagogical Inventions and Practices (international journal);

–    Nordic Life (academic journal of International Nordic University);

–    Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (international journal).

Research and Publications

Her research focuses mainly on educational transformation, comparative pedagogy, and leadership in education.

D.T. Miraliyeva is the author of more than 70 scholarly works, including research articles and conference papers, as well as more than 10 study guides, textbooks, and monographs. Her articles are indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases and have been published in highly ranked journals with an impact factor.

She regularly presents papers at international and national research-to-practice conferences on modern technologies for organizing the educational process, their current challenges, and possible solutions.

Teaching

She teaches the courses “General Pedagogy,” “Trends and Modern Approaches in Lifelong Learning,” and “Global Comparative Education.” In her teaching, she places particular emphasis on combining theoretical knowledge with practical sessions, independent analysis, and a creative approach.

Winner of the Republican Science Olympiad in native language and literature. Doctor of philosophy in philology. Author of 1 monograph, more than 20 scientific articles and theses. Member of the Union of writers of Uzbekistan. Shis poems were published in the literary anthology "Sesin" in Turkey.Author of the poetic book” Iqrorman".

Children's writer. Doctor of Philosophy in Philology. Finalist of the OpenEurasia competition (Great Britain), winner of the "Best Children's and Teenagers' Book" award. Author of methodological manuals and more than 40 articles and theses. International consultant on the development of early reading. Author of the international "UzBOOKistan" project. Participant in the "Ildiz" project. Author of "Why Doesn't a Star Fall?", "The Magic Stone of Sumalak", "A Story in Our Backyard" and more than 10 other children's picture books.

Mansurova Nilufar Mukhtimovna is a senior lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy of the Nordic International University. She has 22 years of pedagogical experience. During her career, she has published more than 30 scientific works, of which 14 are on the topic of her dissertation: the author of articles and theses. Participant of several projects and grants in the field of primary education and sports education. Author of 6 articles and theses of the Republican and international level. Participant of several Republican and foreign conferences as a leading researcher. Holder of the "Best Researcher of the Year" badge. Participant of the project established by the European Union on inclusive education.

During her scientific career, S.R. Khaytbayeva has published more than 30 scientific works, of which 15 are on the topic of her dissertation: 2 textbooks (co-authored), 2 textbooks (co-authored), 11 scientific articles and theses.- Member of the Scientific Methodological Council under the Republican Education Center in 2014-2022 (Biology).- From 2023 to present - Member of the Scientific Methodological Council under the Republican Education Center (Natural Sciences).- Reviewer of the textbooks Biology 5th grade 2020 edition (O.Pratov), ​​Biology 8th grade 2019 edition (O.Mavlonov) and Biology 7th grade 2017 edition (O.Mavlonov).- During her scientific career, S.R. Literary critic, philologist. Author of articles and theses of the republican and international level. - Conducted research for the journal "Maorif va o'kutgu'uchi". Doctoral student at the Alisher Navoi University of the Uzbek Language and Literature. In 2024, he completed a postgraduate course in pedagogical technologies at the Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland.

Senior teacher of the Pedagogical Department of the International Nordic University. In 2010-2014, he completed his bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Uzbek Philology of UzMU.In 2015-2017, he graduated from Fergana State University, majoring in Linguistics (Uzbek language). He has 6 years of work experience in higher education. During his career, he worked as a teacher at Tashkent State Law University, National Universities of Uzbekistan. Currently Language Theory. He is conducting research to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied and Computational Linguistics.

Islamova Fatima studied at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Oila" in 2007-2009. Since 2009, she has been working as a teacher at the Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Art. In 2012, she published her methodological manual "Preparing Boys for Independent Family Life". During her pedagogical work in family education, she participated in the "Best Pedagogist of Higher Education" competitions and won several times. In 2024, she completed a training course in Finland.
