The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center at Nordic University serves as a hub for fostering business creation, growth, and collaboration. It provides incubation and acceleration services, along with courses and seminars that enhance knowledge in business and innovation. The center also evaluates and manages the university’s investments in joint ventures, ensuring sustainable growth and impactful outcomes. Beyond direct support for ventures, the center plays a vital role in connecting the university with external businesses through forums, workshops, and collaborative projects. It supports all university-affiliated joint ventures, including those led by students, staff, and external partners, as well as research and development initiatives such as applied labs and innovation-driven projects.

International Nordic University: Foundation School The Foundation School at the International Nordic University commenced its activities in October 2022 under License No. 051207, issued by the State Inspectorate for Supervision of Education Quality under the Cabinet of Ministers. The school offers the "Foundation Program" and "Foundation Preparatory Courses," designed to prepare applicants for admission to the prestigious International Nordic University. The educational process is based on advanced practices, innovative learning models, and high-quality curricula. The program takes into account the needs of the real economy sector and selects competent applicants for their further professional development. The Foundation Program provides applicants with unique opportunities and guarantees their admission to the university. One of the program's advantages is that, depending on their academic performance, applicants can continue their studies directly from the 1st or 2nd year of university. Along with specialized subjects, the program includes in-demand fields such as robotics, equipping students with essential knowledge and skills. Students also study under the Finnish educational system and have the opportunity to participate in international programs like "Work and Travel," "1+3," "2+2," and "3+1" in Nordic countries. The Foundation Preparatory Courses cover a wide range of subjects, helping students not only gain knowledge but also develop professional skills. 03Center for Retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogical Staff
The purpose of the center is retraining and advanced training of teachers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and state and non-state higher educational institutions of Tashkent, pedagogy and psychology, retraining and advanced training of teachers of professional educational institutions. . 04Digital Transformation Center
The Center for Digital Transformation (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established by the University Council Resolution No. 8 dated May 31, 2024. Shavkat Karimov, the head of the Search Engine Optimization Department of the US company Microsoft, and the head of the IT community of Uzbekistan, was assigned to the Center as the Chief IT Advisor on a voluntary basis. The main goal of the Center is to create favorable conditions for the development of startup projects in artificial intelligence technologies at the university, to assist students in organizing innovative activities in the field, to develop and provide technical support for software products, as well as to organize training for students in artificial intelligence and programming technologies. The main tasks of the center are: to create favorable conditions for the development of innovative developments and startup ideas of university students in artificial intelligence technologies; to prepare young people for entrepreneurial activity in artificial intelligence technologies in terms of educational, methodological and informational aspects; to conduct master classes, trainings and advanced training courses, as well as scientific and practical conferences with the involvement of leading companies and specialists in the field of information technologies; to organize training in the development, implementation and improvement of software products; to organize the processes of technical support of software products, provision of rights to software; to assist in the development and implementation of software products on a custom basis; to provide services in the development of software products and artificial intelligence technologies; to generate additional income based on the development of software products and advertising of artificial intelligence technologies; training, design and sale of artificial intelligence and information and communication technologies, assistance in the implementation of automated control systems; provision of consulting and various services in artificial intelligence and information and communication technologies; holding conferences, exhibitions, round tables, seminars and other events.
05Nordic International University Publishing House
The Publishing House of the Nordic International University operates on the basis of Certificate No. 505800 of the Agency for Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In publication: Socio-political publications; Educational literature; Literary and art publications; Scientific publications; Popular scientific publications; Information and advertising publications; Publications for children and teenagers; Industrial publications; Encyclopedic publications; Such activities as spiritual and educational publications have been established, and such employees as professional employees, editors, proofreaders, designers, artists, page editors have been hired. The publishing house provides services for editing, preparing for printing and publishing materials not only of university professors, but also of foreign authors. For the current year 2025, the publishing house has set itself big goals and plans and works as an active system.
06Health Care Center
Nordic International University has established a Health Care Center to monitor the health of students and staff and provide primary medical care. The center is equipped with modern medical equipment and offers the following services: Primary medical care – students and staff can consult a doctor regarding various health issues. Medication supply – the center has essential medical supplies to provide emergency assistance. Prevention and consultation – health awareness programs, disease prevention activities, and medical consultations are conducted. Emergency medical assistance – in case of unexpected health issues on campus, prompt medical actions are taken. The center provides a comfortable environment with all necessary facilities. A modern medical cabinet, a resting area, and essential medical equipment ensure quality healthcare services. The center's staff is dedicated to maintaining the well-being of the university community.
07Information Resource Center
The Information Resource Center is a special structure of the university, actively participates in the work of ensuring educational, scientific and spiritual and educational development, assists in the implementation of the goals set before the University in the training of highly qualified specialists. Provides bibliographic and informational services to students, faculty, university scholars and readers. In collaboration with professors and research organizations, it provides innovative and programmatic assistance in educational and research work at the University.
08Recruitment and professional development department
The main responsibilities of the Recruitment and Professional Development Department include identifying, selecting, and attracting qualified professionals in accordance with the organization’s staffing needs, assessing candidates, and supporting the effective onboarding and adaptation of new employees. The department is also responsible for developing employees’ professional knowledge and skills, organizing training and professional development programs, assessing workforce potential, and supporting employees’ career and professional growth. The department’s primary objective is to ensure that the organization is staffed with qualified and suitable personnel while promoting the continuous professional development of its employees.
