Operational Department

  • Ensuring and monitoring the smooth operation of the university's transport services;
  • Exercising general management of employees under his/her supervision;
  • Developing plans for the operations department and ensuring their implementation;
  • Maintaining and managing the technical maintenance of the university buildings and their environment at the required level;
  • Exercising control over the implementation of current and major repairs of buildings;
  • Control over the maintenance of equipment in the premises at the required level;
  • Conducting an inventory of equipment;
  • Exercising control over the economical use of funds and household items allocated for business activities;
  • Exercising supervision over the improvement and landscaping of the university territory;
  • Organizing work to ensure fire safety in buildings.
  • Ensuring the proper use and maintenance of household inventory, equipment and furniture, as well as carrying out appropriate current repairs;
  • Providing the university's divisions and departments with the necessary office supplies, necessary working documents, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of copying equipment;
