Worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences at Tashkent State Economic University, then as a manager of the "Foundation" school at Nordic International University. Since September 2024, he has been the Head of the International Relations Department.

He is a graduate student of Tashkent State Law University. Started his career in government agencies. He has many years of experience working with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, international organizations and Embassies.Currently, he is the Head of the department of International projects, protocols and organizing trips at Nordic International University. Winner of the ITEC interparliamentary cooperation project in Delhi, participant of the organized training course for civil servants in Moscow, speaker of the "EduTourism" project in Dubai and the Maldives, participant of the ICLEI-SMG organized training course for representatives of local authorities of Uzbekistan in Seoul. Participant of Macao International Environmental Co-Operation Forum & Exhibition, Speaker of Roundtable on Green and Low Carbon urban Transformation and Industrial Cooperation and Protocol signatory of Signing Ceremony organized in People's Republic of China, Beijing and Macao SAR.

From 2020 to 2021, served at the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2022 to 2024, worked with the "Uzbekipaksanoat" Association. Since 2025, has been working as a leading specialist in organizing the "Work and Travel" program for the Department of organizing foreign trips at the International Nordic University.
