Tasks

The main areas of the Department's activities are as follows:


- To develop a strategy together with all divisions of the university within the framework of the concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, to carry out and monitor the tasks, measures set in it;


- To improve the quality of student service by analyzing the advanced foreign experiences of; 


- Organization of various activities for students, in particular intellectelctual competitions, trips, along with the dean's Office of the faculty within five important initiatives;


- Introduction of advanced mechanisms for monitoring and assessing the quality and speed of Service, Organization of an effective system of Return communication with students, including fast communication, online surveys on official sites, social networks and mobile applications.

Kadyrov Najmiddin Ne'matovich-head of the Department of work with young people and work with students. Tddu and Özmu have served as vice-chancellor for youth programs. He has experience in organizing extracurricular activities and spiritual and educational activities for young people in higher educational institutions.

Rahimberdiyeva Yulduzxon Jahongir qizi is currently studying for a master's degree in Educational Institution Management at Tashkent State Pedagogical University (TDPU) in 2024. She is a recipient of the "Islam Karimov" state scholarship.On March 26, 2021, Rahimberdiyeva Yulduzxon participated in the "SECTORAL RESEARCH XXI: CHARACTERISTICS AND FEATURES" conference, presenting her thesis. On March 19, 2021, her article titled "Ways to Effectively Organize Education in Preschool Educational Institutions" was published in the "Student Herald" journal. On March 27, 2021, her article titled "The Importance of Disciplinary Aspects in the Creation of the Education System in Preschool Educational Institutions" was published in the journal "Education and Science in the 21st Century." In March 2021, her article "Scientific Justification of the Educational Process" was published in the legal, scientific-popular journal "Legal World." In 2021, she also published her poems in the anthology titled "Poetic Bouquet." Since March 2021, she has been participating as a delegate in the "Global Leaders Online Conference." In April 2021, she completed the Android Development Track course from the "One Million Uzbek Coders" training program and received a certificate. From August 12-15, 2021, she actively participated in the "Upward Growth Forum" in the youth leadership direction. She is currently the author of more than 20 articles and theses.
