The Rectorate of the Nordic International University strives to provide its students with the highest quality educational and research opportunities.

Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor.2018 was the recipient of the title of Honorary Professor of the "Shansi Normal University" of China.He served as vice-rector of Tashkent State Pedagogical University and deputy head of the state inspectorate for quality control of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers
