In 2023-2024, he worked as a specialist of the Department of Academic Affairs of the International Nordic University, and in September 2024 he is working as the Deputy Dean of the Master's Faculty of the International Nordic University. Until now, "Student of the Year" "Excellent of the Year" "Rector's Scholarship" "Ideathon" "Mirzo Ulugbek Successors" "Zakovat" "Discussion" and "Inicorns SCO" UN Development Program "Startup Initiatives" of UNICEF " UPSHIFT" is considered the winner of international competitions held in Russia and Kazakhstan. Author of more than 50 international and national scientific works, 4 copyrights, monographs, training manuals. Is a member of the "Top 100 Intellectuals" project organized by the International Fund for the Development of Science and Education Forum.
