The course was organized in a hybrid form, 72 hours at the institute for retraining and advanced training of personnel of the higher education system and 72 hours at the universities of Finland and Sweden, which are among the 500 in the international ranking. The advanced training course was conducted at Finland's Juvaskula Pedagogical University, University of Helsinki, Karelia University of Applied Sciences, JAMK University and educational institutions in Sweden.
