The university's associate professor, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Nigorakhon Shomurodova, conducted an engaging motivational training session for students on the characteristics of a modern educator.
During the session, the experienced psychologist-consultant shared secrets of creating a positive image, self-awareness through "self-listening," engaging in enjoyable activities, spreading smiles, greeting others, rejoicing in seeing loved ones, and many other factors that contribute to the production of happiness hormones.
Through interactive psychological games held with the students, youth-related issues were identified, and knowledge about their solutions was provided.
