A letter of appreciation from the 1-MBT-22 group to NIU administration and faculty.
Dear Rector of our university, Doctor of Economics, Professor Sherzod Mustafakulov, esteemed professors, and respected university community!
🎓 We, the students of the 1-MBT-22 part-time Primary Education group, return home filled with deep emotions, pride, and joy!
📌 The knowledge we gained and our successful completion of the exam session made us truly happy, but the respect and attention shown to us elevated our spirits even more.
💝 From the very first day, we were delighted with memorable gifts, a warm gathering with classmates over a delicious lunch, and an inspiring atmosphere.
🌍 The excursion to the "Writers' Alley", Islam Karimov Memorial Complex, and "Magic City" after our exams left a lasting impression on us.
🤝 We strengthened our bonds with classmates and made the most of our time at the university.

Ilm, tajriba va madaniyat uyg‘unlashgan taʼlim safari!
Malaka oshirish davomida olim va ekspertlar ishtirokidagi mashg‘ulotlarda nufuzli jurnallarga maqola yozish va zamonaviy ta’lim yondashuvlari puxta egallandi.
Blum taksonomiyasi asosida maqsadlar belgilash, muammoga asoslangan ta’lim, oliy ta’limda baholash moduli, shuningdek, o‘qituvchilar yetakchiligi va ta’limni rivojlantirish modullari bo‘yicha samarali ilmiy-amaliy ko‘nikmalar shakllandi.
Taʼlim safarida Utara universiteti kampusi bo‘ylab sayohat, oliygoh rahbariyati bilan hamkorlik uchrashuvlari o‘tkazildi.
Madaniy integratsiya dasturi asosidagi tadbirlar ham qizg‘in kechdi. Manzilli sayohatlar, o‘zbekona mehmondo‘stlik namoyoni, milliy taomlarimiz bilan mehmon qilish orqali Nordik delegatsiyasi va malayziyalik ustozlar o‘rtasida qadriyatlar almashildi, hamkorlik mustahkamlandi, iliq taassurotlar uyg‘otildi.

From Idea to Startup: From the Classroom to Practice
As their final project, students worked on startup ideas based on real-world problems — analyzing consumer needs and market demand, and transforming ideas into functioning business models.
During the defense, special attention was given to:
• the relevance of the idea and the problem it addresses,
• alignment with market needs and the value created for users,
• monetization strategies,
• revenue generation,
• initial costs and financial justification.
The defense process became a gateway into the startup ecosystem for students. One student’s project was accepted into the UzCombinator acceleration program.
Several students also registered their projects for the “Mirzo Ulug‘bek Vorislari” innovation competition.
This experience enabled students to turn academic assignments into real projects, test their knowledge and skills in practice, and define their future entrepreneurial paths.
The goal of the course is to develop specialists who can solve real problems, understand the market, and economically justify their ideas.
The results speak for themselves:

Going forward, these projects will be further developed and implemented in practice.

CONNECT-ED in Practice: New Experiences in Malaysia
As part of the professional development activities held in Malaysia, practical sessions on developing digital portfolios and showcasing students’ learning processes were conducted at a high level.
During these sessions, scholars from Universiti Utara Malaysia shared and exchanged educational experiences with faculty members of Nordic International University.
Foreign language instructors, economists, IT specialists, and educators from Nordic International University learned to work with advanced prompts.
In addition, intensive, collaborative, and effective teamwork was carried out based on the PBL — Project-Based Learning method. Through learning driven by problems and questions, teamwork, research and analysis, developing solutions, and presenting outcomes, new pedagogical skills were formed that help transform students into active learners.

Nordic Education Delegation Gaining International Experience
During the training sessions, participants are acquiring new skills in high-impact practices, experiential learning beyond the classroom, and service-oriented learning modules.
The delegation members have also had the opportunity to closely familiarize themselves with the activities of the university’s Faculty of Education, exploring modern pedagogical approaches and best practical experiences.
In addition, they were introduced to future-shaping educational programs, taking part in interactive trainings on global transformational approaches and the New Pedagogies for Deep Learning (NPDL) competencies. This program focuses on developing deep learning, creative thinking, and innovative pedagogy.
A particularly noteworthy aspect is that, alongside theoretical knowledge, advanced pedagogical practices are being applied directly in practice. Malaysian educators and trainers are demonstrating great respect and sincere hospitality toward our delegation, fostering close and productive collaboration.
