The procedures for implementing distance education in higher education institutions have been established.

By the government decree (No. 559, 03.10.2022), the regulation on measures for implementing distance education in higher education institutions has been approved.
The regulation defines the procedure for organizing the training of specialists in the bachelor's and master's degrees through distance education in higher education institutions.
▪️ For this purpose, the educational institution must meet the following requirements:
➖ A “Learning Management System” platform for managing distance learning;
➖ Information and communication infrastructure for internet access and usage;
➖ Educational content designed for the academic year;
➖ Electronic educational-methodological complexes for disciplines, as well as an electronic database of scientific and educational literature;
➖ Separate buildings or classrooms equipped with computer technology;
➖ Engineering and technical staff to ensure the operation of technical and software components;
➖ A server located in the country and owned by the educational institution;
➖ An official website of the educational institution with all the necessary information about the institution.
🗓 The bachelor's degree programs and master's specialties for which distance education cannot be implemented will be announced by April 1 of each year.
❗️In distance education, the number of students in one bachelor's program should not exceed 300, and in one master's program, it should not exceed 30 students.
