As practical results of the advanced training course, the project work prepared by the students in small groups was published as a methodical manual. In order to ensure the performance of the tasks specified in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-27 (28.02.2023), the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Qualification of Higher Education System Personnel under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, International According to the memorandum of cooperation between the training center "NORDIC TRAINING" under the Nordic University and the Prime Education Finland (Finland) educational organization, management personnel of higher education institutions and a joint professional development course was launched for professors and teachers.


   The joint professional development course was organized from October 2024 in the direction of "Pedagogical technologies and pedagogical skills" for 144 hours. 24 professors and teachers of higher education institutions successfully participated in the training course. The course was organized in a hybrid form, 72 hours at the institute for retraining and advanced training of personnel of the higher education system and 72 hours at the universities of Finland and Sweden, which are among the 500 in the international ranking. The advanced training course was conducted at Finland's Juvaskula Pedagogical University, University of Helsinki, Karelia University of Applied Sciences, JAMK University and educational institutions in Sweden.
