On November 22 of this year, an international scientific-practical conference was held at the International Nordic University on the topic of "Prospects for improving the integration of science-education-production in the training of competitive personnel".
At the conference, representatives of the Ministry of School and Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, UNICEF representatives of education in Uzbekistan, the leadership of Finland's Karelia University of Applied Sciences, representatives of prestigious international organizations and expert communities, science and public figures, about 50 international and republican higher education institutions About 150 scientists and specialists of educational institutions participated.
The scientific-practical conference was opened by the Rector of the International Nordic University, Doctor of Economics, Professor Sherzod Mustafakulov. Today, it is necessary to ensure the quality of education and the readiness of trained personnel to compete in all aspects, to continuously improve the quality of training sessions, to perfectly organize the form and content of independent education, and to radically adapt educational methods to the needs of the times. Acknowledgment that it is one of the priority goals and tasks to get acquainted with foreign experiences, to introduce innovations to national experiences, to update strategic plans and goals based on the correct analysis of the labor market in all aspects. did In this sense, this conference emphasized the importance of exchanging valuable scientific information.
At the conference, the Rector of Karelia University of Applied Sciences, Petri Raivo, introduced the participants to the best practices of integration of education and business in Finland.
Speakers at the conference focused on reforms in the higher education system, existing problems in pedagogical higher education institutions in training competitive personnel and put forward a number of proposals.
Within the framework of the international conference, 6 current topics were widely analyzed and researched in 3 branches. Advanced foreign methods for ensuring the quality of education, the need for inclusive education, trends and perspectives were discussed. The 2nd branch serves as an important platform for the exchange of experiences on innovative educational technologies in the teaching of specialized subjects, scientific and innovative solutions for the organization of independent education in the field, and the development of knowledge in this regard. In addition, intense scientific debates were held on the importance of education, science and production integration of training specialists in economic fields, integration of economy and education as a factor of development, problems encountered in this regard and their solutions. Based on the analysis of new scientific evidence, new conclusions were drawn.
The reports of the branch chairmen were heard. An award ceremony for active participants was held.
Through the lectures, a wide range of information was obtained on strengthening the integration of science, education and production, mutual knowledge and opinions were exchanged. The activities of industry activists to further accelerate the development of education, to study current problems and to advance prospective goals were coordinated.
More than 500 scientists of higher educational institutions of our country and about 50 foreign researchers presented scientific articles and theses to the conference collection. The articles and theses published within the framework of the conference were made available to researchers from different parts of the world. That is, in cooperation with the international scientific journal "Science and Innovation", DOI was obtained for the articles. Poland's Index Copernicus, Europe's "Zenodo and Open Aire", Russia's Cyberlinenka, England's EuroPub were placed in the international scientific bases. "Google Academy" was indexed in the international scientific search engine.
