The 1st meeting of the Nordic University was held. More than 10 important issues related to the near future of the university were discussed...
At the council meeting, proposals for the 2025-2027 action plan for the comprehensive development of the university, developed by all structures, were studied and approved.
The issue on the agenda is the summary of scientific activities for 2024 and the issue of approving the plan for 2025. The results of the university's scientific-research works carried out within the framework of the state scientific-technical programs and a number of other directions were widely analyzed. Necessary tasks for increasing scientific potential have been defined.
The council considered the issue of strengthening the university's international rating indicators and improvement measures based on the developed mechanisms. 7 main proposals for improvement and improvement of international rating indicators were put forward.
Also, reports were heard and tasks were distributed on issues of defense and formalization of master's theses of Master's students, presentation in the virtual world, organization of the TasIMO-2025 Olympiad and international dissemination.
The council discussed issues of improving the educational, teaching-methodical, scientific pedagogic and scientific research work of the professors of the department, organizing the final state certification in the field of education and specialties.
The documents prepared for university pedagogues-teachers to receive scientific titles were introduced and unanimously approved by the members of the Council for submission to the UAC.
Also, a report on the state of recommending educational-methodical and scientific literature for publication was heard and measures for further improvement of this process were determined.

Эффективный тренинг по ИИ для руководителей Нордика
Тренинг провёл аналитик по оценке учебных программ и эксперт по искусственному интеллекту, аналитический специалист института EnergyTech при Saudi Aramco и Министерстве энергетики Саудовской Аравии, а также независимый исследователь университета Нордик – Одилбек Каттаев (BEd., MA, MSc, CIPD).
В ходе тренинга были рассмотрены основные направления применения искусственного интеллекта в управлении образованием. Участники изучили преимущества интеграции ИИ для планирования и создания контента, оценки и совершенствования учебных материалов, повышения эффективности управления и профессионального развития, а также подготовки визуальных и медиаматериалов.
В ходе тренинга участники приобрели практические навыки эффективного использования ИИ в управленческом процессе, принятия цифровых решений и формирования инновационной образовательной среды.

Открытый диалог с мастером-журналистом Каримом Бахриевым
В ходе встречи студентам были представлены глубокие аналитические размышления, жизненные примеры и профессиональный опыт по темам журналистского и медийного права, деятельности средств массовой информации и информационной политики, свободы слова, ответственности и этических норм.
Отмечалось, что журналист должен творить, опираясь на законодательство и обладая глубоким мышлением, а также помнить о своей личной ответственности.
«Журналист – это зеркало общества. Но это зеркало должно быть чистым, честным и беспристрастным!» – подчеркнул мастер, обращаясь к студентам и обозначив важнейшие профессиональные принципы.
Для студентов эта встреча стала настоящей школой, где теория гармонично сочеталась с практикой.

New education project with Hungary, Sweden, Finland and Kazakhstan
During three days of meetings, representatives from ELTE (Eötvös Loránd University) in Hungary, Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland, Uppsala University in Sweden, as well as universities in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan specializing in water management, and the International Nordic University, developed a concept for the implementation of the project.
Odiljon Koysinov, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at the International Nordic University, presented practical proposals for implementing the project in Uzbekistan. In particular, he suggested that four social science subjects be taught by Nordic professors and teachers, and contributed important recommendations regarding the structure of the curriculum and course programs.
During the discussions, the following issues were agreed upon:
➖ Curriculum and subjects of the joint master’s program
➖ Forms of education and assessment system
➖ Scholarships and financial arrangements
➖ Procedure for issuing joint diplomas
➖ Project website and information support
This new project in international scientific cooperation will create new global opportunities for young people and contribute to training qualified specialists essential for the development of the system.

Nordik talabalari diplomatik tajribalar bilan tanishdilar
Uchrashuvda Xalqaro Nordik universiteti rahbariyati hamda elchi janoblari o‘rtasida samimiy muloqot o‘tkazildi. Unda Yevropa davlatlari, xususan, Vengriya, Xorvatiya va Serbiya bilan ilm-fan, ta’lim yo‘nalishlaridagi hamkorlik istiqbollari muhokama qilindi.
Shundan so‘ng Nordik talabalari uchun ularning dunyoqarashi va global savodxonligi hamda faolligini oshirishga xizmat qiladigan ilmiy-tahliliy uchrashuv bo‘lib o‘tdi. Respublikamiz elchisining “O‘zbekiston va Yevropa Ittifoqi munosabatlari hamda bu jarayonda Vengriya, Sloveniya va Xorvatiyaning o‘rni” mavzusida qiziqarli va amaliy mazmundagi ma’ruzasi tinglandi.
O‘zbekiston – Yevropa ittifoqi hamkorligining bugungi bosqichi, Markaziy Yevropa davlatlarining O‘zbekiston uchun strategik ahamiyati, ta’lim, diplomatiya va investitsiyaviy imkoniyatlar xususida keng ma’lumotlar berildi. Talabalar uchun Yevropada o‘qish va amaliyot dasturlari kabi tahlil va faktlarga boy jihatlarga ahamiyat qaratildi.
Ishtirokchi-yoshlar elchi bilan ochiq muloqotda bo‘lib, savol-javob va amaliy maslahatlar olish imkoniga ega bo‘ldilar. Uchrashuv orqali yoshlarda global fikr yuritish, diplomatik tafakkur va madaniyatni shakllantirishga e’tibor berildi.
Diplomatik faoliyat va ilmiy salohiyat e’tirofga loyiq uyg‘unlikdir. Uchrashuv davomida rahbariyat tomonidan elchi Oybek Shaxavdinovning Xalqaro Nordik universitetida xalqaro ta’lim hamkorliklarini yo‘lga qo‘yishdagi faol ishtiroki, ta’lim tadqiqotlarini takomillashtirish, xalqaro universitet sifatida shakllanish va rivojlanish jarayoniga qo‘shgan muhim hissalari alohida e’tirof etildi.
O‘zbekistonning xalqaro diplomatiya makonidagi nufuzli elchilardan biri bo‘lgan Oybek Shaxavdinovga Xalqaro Nordik universiteti“Faxriy professor”i ilmiy unvoni topshirildi. Tashkiliy, diplomatik hamkorlikni mustahkamlash, Yevropa oliy ta’lim makoniga integratsiya bo‘yicha amalga oshirgan tashabbuslari yuqori qadrlanib, ushbu faxriy unvon berilayotgani ta’kidlandi. Ushbu unvonning taqdim etilishi universitetning xalqaro ekspertlar va diplomatlar bilan hamkorlik asosida ilm almashish, ilmiy izlanishlar doirasini kengaytirish siyosatining yana bir amaliy namunasi bo‘ldi.
Elchi janoblari Nordik "Dil izhorlari" kitobiga ezgu tilaklarini yozib qoldirdi.
