The seminar-training week at the Nordic University was held at a high level of teamwork.
Special attention was paid to effective organization of scientific activity and introduction of new approaches to the educational process.
In the new year 2025, the team of teachers has made every effort to organize their work without stress, to start classes effectively and to approach based on the characteristics of students.
During the week, the skills of breaking existing stereotypes and effectively using game elements in lessons were formed.

Another Defense Successfully Approved at the NIU Council
At the council session, Mahliyo Islamovna Diyarova presented the essence of her research work titled “Ways to Improve the Financial Efficiency of Management Activities in Construction Enterprises,” highlighting its scientific and practical significance.
During the defense, relevant proposals and recommendations on the topic were put forward, and the research work was thoroughly discussed.
The dissertation was positively evaluated by the council members and was duly approved.
