If you had the chance to travel across Central Asia and China, what would you do for future generations or what would you leave behind?
A hundred years ago, Finnish traveler Carl Gustav Mannerheim, although it wasn’t easy, captured unique photos that provide a glimpse of that era. He documented cultures through his photographs.
With the exhibition currently on display at Nordic University, you also have the opportunity to explore these historical photographs!
Today, students from JIDU Academic Lyceum visited and familiarized themselves with these rare historical photographs.
How do you imagine Qurbanjon dodxoh, known as the “Queen of Oloy” and the “Mother of the People” – the Tamara of her time?

Another Defense Successfully Approved at the NIU Council
At the council session, Mahliyo Islamovna Diyarova presented the essence of her research work titled “Ways to Improve the Financial Efficiency of Management Activities in Construction Enterprises,” highlighting its scientific and practical significance.
During the defense, relevant proposals and recommendations on the topic were put forward, and the research work was thoroughly discussed.
The dissertation was positively evaluated by the council members and was duly approved.
