Assessment of Scientific Competencies at Nordik: Qualification Examinations Conducted
Qualification examinations in the specialty of Management were conducted at Nordik University in accordance with the regulations approved by the Higher Attestation Commission and within the established procedural framework.
The examinations assessed not only the applicants’ theoretical knowledge, but also their research competencies, strategic and analytical thinking abilities, and their capacity to apply contemporary management approaches to practical and professional contexts.
Particular emphasis was placed on evaluating professional competencies in specialized disciplines, scientific approaches to managerial decision-making, comprehensive problem analysis skills, and the ability to develop effective and sustainable solutions.
The qualification assessment process serves to enhance the quality of scientific research, foster the development of academic and research-oriented professionals with modern managerial thinking, and strengthen the integration of higher education and science.
