The 14th meeting of the Scientific Seminar in the specialty 08.00.13 – “Management”, operating under the Scientific Council DSc.03/2025.27.12.I.26.01 at Nordic International University, was successfully convened.

During the meeting, participants extensively discussed the doctoral dissertation of Shohrukhmirzo Muhammadjon ogli Mamatov, a doctoral researcher at the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies. The dissertation, entitled “Methodological Aspects of the Effective Use of Logistics Information Systems in Enterprise Operations,” was prepared in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics under the specialty 08.00.16 – “Digital Economy and International Digital Integration.”


The study examines the theoretical and practical dimensions of digitalizing logistics processes within enterprises, enhancing managerial efficiency through information systems, ensuring the rational utilization of resources, and optimizing logistics-related costs. Members of the seminar provided valuable recommendations regarding the dissertation’s scientific novelty, practical significance, and the potential application of its findings in real-world business practices.


The seminar also reviewed the doctoral dissertation of Madinakhon Gafurdjanovna Shakirova, an independent researcher at Nordic International University. Her dissertation, titled “Improving Innovative Strategic Management in the Activities of Business Entities,” was submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics in the specialty 08.00.13 – “Management.”


The research offers a comprehensive analysis of contemporary approaches aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of business entities, developing innovation-driven growth strategies, introducing modern management mechanisms, and improving the effectiveness of strategic decision-making processes.


Throughout the seminar, scholars and experts presented constructive academic recommendations, while the theoretical, methodological, and practical contributions of both dissertations were examined in depth. The discussions highlighted the relevance of the studies to contemporary economic and managerial challenges and underscored their potential contribution to academic research and professional practice.
