With this in mind, Nordic International University held a meeting with the leadership of the Military Training Centre of the National University of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the Centre’s activities, the procedures for providing students with military training, and opportunities to conduct practical sessions at military educational institutions and military units. The parties also discussed the possibility of giving Nordic students access to the Centre’s library resources and academic expertise.
The meeting concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation.
As part of this agreement, Nordic International University has become the first private higher education institution to establish such cooperation, creating new opportunities for students to acquire military knowledge and practical skills, receive training as reserve officers, participate in practical sessions, internships and placements at the Centre, and take part in military-patriotic initiatives.
The Memorandum also provides a foundation for expanding cooperation in areas such as joint research projects, seminars and forums, academic exchange, dual education, and support for graduate employment.
