Against this backdrop, Xalqaro Nordik universiteti hosted a meeting with political scientist Kamoliddin Rabbimov. The event unfolded as an open and substantive dialogue on the interrelationship between society and the state, freedom and accountability, reform and intellectual renewal.
During the meeting, the author presented his book, "Erkin millat poydevori (“The Foundation of a Free Nation”).
