The programme is centred on fostering dialogue and strengthening a shared sense of purpose, with the aim of entering the new academic year as one team, united by common goals and shared values. The sessions are taking place in a dynamic and highly engaged atmosphere.
During the seminar, Sherzod Mustafakulov, Rector of the International Nordic University and Professor, delivered a keynote presentation outlining the university’s core values, development trajectory, and strategic priorities for the new academic year.
The Rector’s presentation provided an overview of the results achieved during the previous period while setting out the university’s key directions for future development. Particular attention was given to strengthening research capacity, advancing the quality of education to a new level, expanding international cooperation, accelerating digital transformation, and making effective use of the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence.
The importance of ensuring that the daily work of every faculty member remains closely aligned with the university’s strategic objectives was also emphasised.
The seminar sessions are further addressing such pressing areas as teaching and learning, research activities and grant opportunities, innovative projects, and preparations for comprehensive accreditation. The programme is unfolding as an open and collaborative platform characterised by active exchanges of ideas, questions, proposals, and professional experience.
The seminar and training programme is designed to prepare the Nordic community for the new academic year not only organisationally and academically, but also with a strong sense of shared purpose and motivation. Two more days of intensive training, practical sessions, and substantive discussions lie ahead.
At Nordic, the new academic year is getting underway with a united team, shared ambition, and a clear vision for greater achievements!
