During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation aimed at advancing public administration, education, and innovation.
Particular attention was given to adapting best practices from the United States and Northern European countries, especially Finland, in the fields of effective public governance and vocational education to local conditions. The discussions also covered the organization of short-term professional development programs and internships within Finland’s leading educational institutions and government bodies, as well as the development of a targeted system for training highly qualified specialists for industrial enterprises.
As a result of the negotiations, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding, marking the beginning of a new stage of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Within the framework of this partnership, the implementation of new initiatives based on the principles of “green” and “smart” governance is planned.
The sides also agreed to launch joint initiatives aimed at enhancing youth potential and supporting talented young people, as well as expanding mechanisms for attracting international grants and investments to promote sustainable regional development.
