One of the most important factors that drives a person toward achieving their goals is motivation.

It encourages us to move forward, face challenges with confidence, and pursue our goals with determination. Most importantly, motivation does not force a person to act; rather, it provides the opportunity to choose and act consciously.

🎓 A small study conducted by students of the Psychology program at our university examined the motivation levels of 51 student respondents.

📊 The results were as follows:

🔹 37.3% of students demonstrated very high levels of motivation

🔹 33.3% showed considerably high motivation

🔹 29.4% displayed moderate levels of motivation.

💡 These findings indicate that the majority of students possess a strong desire for learning, personal development, and goal-oriented progress. At the same time, strengthening psychological support and engagement with students who demonstrate moderate levels of motivation can further enhance the effectiveness of the educational process.

Psychologists recommend:

Break large goals into smaller, manageable steps

• Reward yourself after completing tasks

• Develop positive thinking: repeat to yourself, “I can do it!”

• Share your achievements with your close ones.

🚀 Remember: motivation is the first step toward success.

When guided properly, it opens the door to new opportunities.

Point of View: A Powerful Force Showcasing National Prestige

Point of View: A Powerful Force Showcasing National Prestige

In an article published in the Xalq so‘zi newspaper and authored by the Rector of the International Nordic University, Sherzod Mustafakulov, the key priorities emphasized during the meeting are thoroughly analyzed, alongside a number of forward-looking approaches and proposals aimed at building an effective system.

As highlighted in the article, a continuous vertical integration model — “school–federation–university” — ensures the consistent development of talented youth, while individualized development programs remain crucial for each athlete. Particular attention is also given to advancing the sports economy, establishing clubs and academies, ensuring digital transparency, and strengthening the integration of science and sports. Sport, it is argued, should become one of the central pillars of the national development strategy.

To deepen the analysis, the article also examines the best international practices in promoting mass sports development.

A more comprehensive insight and extended perspectives can be found in the April 10 issue of Xalq so‘zi.
