Recently, a programmatic and conceptual article by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, dedicated to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Samarkand, was published in prominent newspapers and online platforms in our country and several leading foreign nations.
As a response to this article, an analytical piece titled "Shanghai Cooperation Organization: Conditions for Economic Stability and Development Prospects" was published today in the "Xalq So‘zi" newspaper. The article was authored by Sherzod Mustafakulov, Rector of the Nordic International University and Doctor of Economics, and Qobiljon Isayev, Head of the Scientific and Innovative Research Department of the university.
The article provides observations and conclusions from scholars regarding the historical journey of the SCO, its impactful concepts, and initiatives.
