During the meeting, proposals were made for student exchange programs and professional development opportunities for faculty members.
The universities also agreed to collaborate on participation in the Erasmus+ program, which supports educational projects and mobility in the European Union, as well as in international grant competitions, scientific research, and innovative developments.
For information, Marmara university, founded in 1883, is one of the oldest and most multilingual higher education institutions in Turkey. It has over 80,000 students, including more than 5,000 international students.
