The KlimALEZ project aims to enhance climate resilience through agricultural insurance. The main goal of the project is to protect Central Asia's agricultural sector from climate risks, particularly drought, via innovative insurance markets. The product developed under the insurance pilot project will be offered to producers in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
A visit by representatives of Germany's IAMO Research Institute took place.

Associate Professors of the Agricultural Markets Department at the IAMO Institute, Dr. Lena Kuhn and Dr. Ikhtiyor Bobojonov, visited the university. During the discussion, an agreement was reached to collaborate on the implementation of the KlimALEZ program in Uzbekistan.
