As part of their visit to Uzbekistan, nearly 50 representatives from one of the world’s leading higher education institutions — Harvard University — engaged in meaningful dialogue focused on academic collaboration, cultural exchange, and future partnerships.
On the eve of Navruz, the festival symbolizing renewal and rejuvenation, Nordic International University warmly hosted the delegation in a manner reflecting national traditions and values. At the university’s Rowan campus, guests enjoyed live musical performances, offering a vivid expression of Uzbekistan’s rich cultural heritage and open-hearted hospitality. The presentation of traditional attire to the guests further symbolized mutual respect, cultural dialogue, and a spirit of closeness.
The delegation was introduced to Nordic International University’s international outlook, innovative approaches, and academic potential. The presentation highlighted the university’s growing role in the global education landscape, its openness to international cooperation, and the opportunities it creates for young people.
Through Nordic, the Harvard representatives gained valuable insight into the evolving face of Uzbekistan’s higher education system.
