The campaign “Let’s Unite to End Digital Violence Against Women”, conducted in our country in cooperation with UN agencies, is drawing everyone’s attention for 16 days to one of the most pressing issues — ensuring safety in the digital space and protecting women’s rights.
The “No Place for Violence” psychological training held at Nordic University served as an important guide for students on the types of violence encountered in the digital space, identifying online threats, and ways to protect themselves from them.
Through the training, students were taught to become conscious internet users, develop a culture of open dialogue about problems, and respect everyone’s rights and integrity. Practical and real-life information was provided on resisting psychological pressure and mechanisms for seeking help.
