The leaders and members of the Speaking Club at International Nordik University spent a fun-filled and meaningful day outdoors, organizing a picnic immersed in an English-speaking environment.
Surrounded by nature, participants not only relaxed but also engaged in various activities, including:
🏸 playing badminton,
♟️ competing in chess and checkers,
🕵️♂️ and enjoying a thrilling game of Mafia.
But most importantly, throughout the entire event, participants communicated exclusively in English, which helped improve their speaking skills and build confidence in real-life conversations.
Language Practice Beyond the Classroom
For Speaking Club members, events like this are more than just leisure — they are an opportunity to practice the language in a natural setting, learn to express their thoughts freely, and overcome the fear of speaking. In a relaxed atmosphere outside the university walls, the learning process becomes both enjoyable and effective.
