Finlandiyaning O‘zbekiston, Tojikiston hamda Turkmanistondagi sobiq Favqulodda va muxtor elchisi, hozirda Evropa Qo‘shnichilik Kengashining tashqi maslahatchisi, Xalqaro Nordik universiteti (https://nordicuniversity.org/) Faxriy professori Ilkka Räisänenning "Yangi O‘zbekiston va tinchlik diplomatiyasi" nomli maqolasi eʼlon qilindi.
Xalqaro masalalar bo‘yicha ekspertning ushbu maqolasida Yangi O‘zbekistonning tashqi siyosatdagi faol va ochiq pozitsiyasi, tinchlik va muloqotga asoslangan diplomatiyasi chuqur tahlil etilgan. Unda Markaziy Osiyoda barqarorlikni mustahkamlash, mintaqaviy integratsiyani kuchaytirish hamda Yevropa mamlakatlari bilan hamkorlikni yangi bosqichga olib chiqish masalalari asosli dalillar bilan yoritilgan.
Maqolada global geosiyosiy vaziyat fonida O‘zbekistonning muvozanatli va pragmatik yondashuvi, xavfsizlik, iqtisodiy hamkorlik, “yashil” rivojlanish, raqamli transformatsiya kabi ustuvor yo‘nalishlar alohida tahlil qilingan.
