Munis Kurbonovich Abdullayev, Head of the Department of Industrial Management and Digital Technologies at Nordic International University, successfully defended his Doctor of Science (DSc) dissertation in the field of Digital Economy and International Digital Integration, entitled “Improving the Methodology for the Effective Use of Digital Technologies in Corporate Production Processes.”
The study examines the scientific and methodological dimensions of digital transformation in production, the effective application of emerging technologies, and ways to enhance production efficiency and corporate competitiveness. The research also proposes scientifically grounded approaches and practical recommendations aimed at improving economic efficiency through the systematic integration of digital technologies.
In addition, Avazbek Bahromjon o‘g‘li Ortiqov successfully defended his PhD dissertation in Industrial Economics, entitled “Improving the Efficiency and Development Prospects of Small Industrial Zones.”
The research focuses on enhancing the economic efficiency of small industrial zones, leveraging their development potential, and addressing scientific and practical challenges related to balanced regional industrial development. Particular emphasis was placed on the relevance of the research findings to the current needs of the real sector of the economy.
During both defenses, the dissertations’ scientific novelty, methodological foundations, practical significance, and proposed solutions were thoroughly examined and discussed by the Academic Council.
These successful defenses represent another tangible outcome of Nordic International University’s ongoing efforts to strengthen research capacity, develop evidence-based solutions to contemporary economic challenges, and prepare highly qualified academic and research professionals.
