Innovative activity
Our students are engaging in research and innovation activities under the scientific guidance of the faculty members from the Department of Industrial Management and Digital Technologies.
Three of our students emerged as winners in the "Scientific Ideas" and "First Step for Women in Business" competitions, part of the "Future Scientist" initiative, with their projects.
- Munira Elmuratova, 2nd-year Economics student – "Vacuum Former" project (total amount - 67,290,000 UZS);
- Ilmurod Kungratov, 1st-year Data Science master's student – "Smart Bench" project (total amount - 100,900,000 UZS);
3. Iqboljon Ganijonov, 3rd-year Computer Engineering student – "Smart Grass Mower" project (total amount - 96,540,000 UZS).
The business projects of our talented students will be supported by competition organizers, including the Innovation Development Agency.
The projects will receive funding from the Science Financing and Innovation Support Fund and will be implemented in practice.

The Art of Understanding the Human Psyche: A Masterclass Held at Nordic International University
The session was led by Doctor of Psychological Sciences (DSc), Professor Abdumumin Rasulov.
Throughout the masterclass, students gained in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the theoretical foundations of psychodiagnostic assessment, the application of diagnostic tests and questionnaires, observation techniques, as well as the analysis and interpretation of research findings. Participants also explored research methodologies through real-life case studies and practical examples.
Notably, the masterclass — built upon the integration of theory and practice — served as a valuable experiential platform for students majoring in Psychology, allowing them to strengthen both their academic understanding and professional competencies.
“The Devoted” Memorial Evening: Honoring the Legacy of Great Enlighteners
The gathering of generations emphasized the importance of strengthening national identity, preserving historical memory, and fostering deep respect for enlightenment and education.
During the event, special tribute was paid to the lives and contributions of distinguished intellectuals and educators who devoted themselves to the advancement of public education, science, and pedagogy. Their courage, unwavering dedication to knowledge, and selfless service to the future of the nation were recognized as a timeless source of inspiration for today’s youth.
At a time when discussions of progress increasingly center on education and moral development, understanding and valuing the rich legacy of such devoted figures becomes especially significant. Their heritage nurtures patriotism, reinforces respect for learning, and deepens the younger generation’s sense of spiritual and social responsibility.
The memorial evening was enriched by students’ thematic presentations and the inspiring speeches of invited guests, creating an atmosphere of reflection, gratitude, and enlightenment.
New Pages of Modern Pedagogy at Nordic
These new editions serve as significant scientific and methodological resources that respond to the evolving demands of today’s education system.

➖ “Methodology for Developing Moral Qualities in 5–6-Year-Old Children Based on National Values” (author — D. Mahmudova).
These publications comprehensively cover modern pedagogical approaches, the harmony between national values and upbringing, the integration of digital technologies into education, innovative methodologies in preschool education, as well as practical recommendations connecting theory with educational practice.
The manuals are especially noteworthy as they have been published upon the recommendation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
These editions are expected to serve as a reliable source of knowledge for students, a methodological foundation for educators, and an important academic resource for researchers exploring contemporary scientific and pedagogical directions.
Understanding the Legacy of Amir Temur: Outstanding Creative Works Honored
Throughout the contests, participants interpreted the image of Sahibqiran Amir Temur from diverse perspectives and through original approaches — portraying him not only as a brilliant strategist and statesman, but also as a leader whose policies were founded upon justice, knowledge, and constructive governance. Students successfully connected these historical ideals with contemporary views and aspirations.
The video projects and essays, in particular, vividly demonstrated the place of Amir Temur’s legacy in the worldview and intellectual thinking of today’s youth.
