A Step Forward in Academia: Nordik Delegation Participates in International Symposium in China

The International Nordic University’s Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Professor Odil Qo‘ysinov, and Head of the Department of Social Sciences and Journalism, Najmiddin Qodirov, are participating in the International Symposium on Central Asian Studies, currently taking place in Xi’an, People’s Republic of China.

Hosted by Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, the international academic gathering brings together scholars and representatives to explore promising avenues of cooperation between China and the countries of Central Asia.


The symposium places particular emphasis on critical areas of regional development, including regional governance and sustainable development, environmental sustainability, intercivilizational and cultural dialogue, as well as the advancement of joint educational and research initiatives.
Professor Odil Qo‘ysinov, Vice-Rector of Nordik University, is contributing to the international academic dialogue through a presentation, highlighting the university’s research potential and opportunities for international collaboration.


A key objective of the visit is to strengthen academic ties with leading Chinese higher education institutions, facilitate the exchange of expertise, and initiate new collaborative research projects.
The international academic engagements undertaken during this educational visit are expected to further expand Nordik University’s global academic partnership network and create new opportunities for research and innovation.
