"Uzbekistan-Estonia International Business Forum"
On March 14 of this year, an Estonian business delegation visited Uzbekistan. "Uzbekistan-Estonia International Business Forum" was held at Nordic International University with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
At the business forum, ministries and agencies of the two countries, leading Estonian companies, in particular, "Elvarem OÜ CNC", "Good Staff Solution OÜ", "Numero Advertising OÜ", "PROisolatsioon OÜ", "Osaühing Renecta Properties", "URETEK Baltic OÜ", Directors and specialists of companies such as "Betafish OÜ", "AS Morrision Invest" and "Creafin Forward OÜ", as well as business and entrepreneurship representatives of our republic participated.
At the opening event of the forum, it was stated that the expected goal of this prestigious conference is to organize B2B meetings of local business representatives with leading Estonian companies, to study the business experiences of this digital foreign country, to sign mutual cooperation agreements and to cooperate on promising projects in the future.
At the forum, the current state and prospects of trade-economic, import-export and financial cooperation were discussed by official circles, business and business representatives. The issues of expanding the economic relations of the companies of both countries were discussed. In cooperation, the possibilities of establishing cooperation relations in a number of directions were considered, such as the creation of joint trade facilities based on foreign experiences and technologies, the exchange of highly qualified personnel in economic fields, and the organization of internships for young personnel.
At the business forum, the delegates' presentations and proposals aimed at the development of mutual cooperation were heard. Roman Reiner-Latőšev, a member of the management board of the geotechnical engineering company "URETEK Baltic OÜ", presented his best practices. Proposed the creation of cost-effective solutions for structures and infrastructures, the establishment of a local geotechnical department with potential partners.
Alar Kalmus, the founder and CEO of PROisolatsioon OÜ, a company specializing in the sale of insulation and construction materials and projects, made a presentation on sustainable Estonian solutions as an example of his activities. He gave information about new technologies that can be introduced into this system in Uzbekistan.
Maxim Abeikov, a member of the management board of the Estonian Osaühing Renecta Properties company, offered his services in the field of stolen industrial goods, cargo trade and assistance in the transportation, import and export of goods through Estonian ports. Vladimir Pomukchinskiy, CEO of specialized advertising agency "Numero Advertising OÜ", spoke about PR and digital monetization for brand strategies, connecting partners between European and Asian markets.
Also, the representative of "Creafin Forward OÜ" drew the attention of the forum participants to the services related to high-quality road transport between Europe and the CIS countries, import and export supply chain solutions throughout Europe and the Baltic countries.
At the B2B meetings within the business forum, Vadym Rakitin, the director of the official portal of the electronic business register of the Estonian state - "Good Staff Solution OÜ", gave information about the portal that combines the information of all legal entities registered in Estonia in a single environment. He announced his readiness to cooperate with Uzbek employers. He touched on the issues of quick and convenient registration in the electronic business register through the portal, expanding cooperation with employers.
CEO of "Elvarem OÜ" Nikita Soroka offered mechanical engineering, metal structures and machining services. The business circles of both countries agreed to cooperate on promising projects.
Discussions were held within the framework of the topics and proposals presented at the business forum. The forum served to increase the interest of Estonian businessmen in doing business in our country. Foreign guests were interested in tax and business support systems and opportunities in our country and got information.
Nordic International University serves as a platform for international cooperation between Uzbekistan and Estonia, exchange of experiences, intensive discussion and conclusions, and agreements.
