Founded in 2022

The creation of the university has made a great contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, taking into account the needs of the real sector of the economy, based on best practices, innovative educational models, curricula and programs laid down in the prestigious higher educational institutions of the Nordic countries

Tashkent is home to the country's sole private university built on the Finnish model. Nordic International University is the first private university of higher education founded on the Finnish model. This university is founded on the direct support of the Karelian University of Applied Sciences (UAS), Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteistskoulu (SYK), NOKIA Transnational Corporation, the Finnish Water Forum, and ISKU, or it began operations on the basis of achievements.
