On November 19 of this year, a delegation led by Pedro Vargas David, chairman of the board of directors of Euronews media holding, visited the "Uzreport Academy of Journalism, Media and Communications" of the International Nordic University. 

 Negotiations were held regarding the cooperation between the "Uzreport Academy of Journalism, Media and Communications" and the Euronews media holding, which was established as a modern platform for training professional journalist personnel and improving the skills of journalists in our country. During the discussion about the prospects of cooperation, the chairman of the board of directors of Euronews media holding Pedro Vargas David, the secretary of the board of directors Fernando Soares, the director of international sales of media holding Kelly Styne, the director for Central and Eastern Europe of the investment group "Alpac Capital" Peter Vajay and the group's financial advisor Afonso Guerra participated.

"UzReport Academy of Journalism, Media and Communications", opened in cooperation with the Nordic University and UZREPORT News Agency, has aroused great interest among the guests in offering dual education opportunities and modern perspectives to the students of Journalism major and specialty. Ideas were exchanged on collective projects, "skill classes" from foreign expert-journalists, organization of binary lectures and internships.  

  After that, a meeting was organized between the euronews team and the students, researchers and professors studying in the field and specialty of Journalism at the Academy. Distinguished guest Pedro Vargas David was presented with the academic title of "Honorary Professor" of UzReport Academy of Journalism, Media and Communications. 

 The meeting was held in the spirit of greetings and congratulations, exchange of interesting information and communication.
